Has good n polite staff, room clean but this old building has renovated with well interior,air condition functioning good and 24 hours hot water,located near at old town of Surabaya.

The building looks old-fashioned from the outside but has modern ambience inside. The rooms are spacious and have complete amenities. Air conditioning, hot water, and lightings are perfect.

It's just that there is no light above the toilet so it feels a bit dark, especially since the toilet is located behind the bathroom door.

Old vintage hotel. Strategic place. Price is very reasonable. Clean but need some building maintenance, bathroom door and wall need to be fixed.
Parking is easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
