Baru kali ini saya ketemu hotel yang SANGAT RIBET BANYAK ATURAN u0026 SANGAT2 MEMBUAT SAYA KECEWA BERAT !!!
Kejadiannya tgl 9/2/2020 kemarin, pk 21.00 malam dimana saya mau ambil 1 room utk menginap di Hotel yang paling dekat dengan Rumah Sakit Kampus C Unair di jalan Merr Surabaya.
Pada saat itu istri saya sedang sakit u0026 harus banyak istirahat. Sebelum saya ke hotel OYO, saya harus menjemput istri saya dari RS Unair itu. Tapi sebelumnya saya sudah bertemu dengan pemilik Hotel OYO dan terjadi kesepakatan bahwa istri saya ( pasien ) diperbolehkan menginap di hotel. Ehh ternyata pada saat saya bawa istri saya dari RS Unair ke hotel OYO pakai Ambulance RS mau masuk ke dalam Hotel, (pk 22.30 malam waktu itu) ternyata dari pegawai hotel sudah disuruh oleh pemilik hotel menyiapkan kamera untuk photo u0026 video istri saya beserta ambulance-nya. Untung saja ketahuan sama saya, ya jelaslah saya keberatan kalau istri saya mau di- dokumentasikan. Saya marah waktu itu karna dari awal tidak ada pemberitahuan kalau pasien u0026 ambulance dari rumah sakit mau didokumentasikan. Dari pihak Ambulance RS Unair juga keberatan karna itu sudah menyalahi kode etik rumah sakit. Lucu sekali ya, alasan dari pemilik hotel bilang buat laporan pihak atasan Hotel OYO. Padahal sebelumnya pemilik mengatakan hotel itu miliknya. Setahu saya Hotel itu untuk menginap, bukan untuk buat Laporan !!!
Nah kalau dokumentasi akhirnya menyebar sampai di website u0026 sosmed bagaimana ?
Dan akhirnya, dengan tidak berhati nurani u0026 tidak berperikemanusiaan si pemilik hotel mengusir saya u0026 istri yang sedang sakit ( posisi istri saya di tandu bed ) karna tidak mau menuruti prosedur dari hotel tsb, yaitu harus mau di-dokumentasikan.
Bayangkan saja pembaca, istri saya begitu menderita sakit sudah diturunkan dari ambulance ehh harus dikembalikan diangkat lagi ke dalam ambulance ). Dalam pikiran saya itu pemilik hotel MANUSIA ATAU BINATANG YA ? Kog ga punya hati u0026 perasaan.
Akhirmya dengan pontang panting saya harus mencari hotel lain sekitar pukul 23.30 malam. Tetapi TUHAN maha adil, disaat istri saya menderita sakit semua badannya, saya menemukan hotel yang sederhana ( kecil tidak besar ) dan tidak jauh dari RS Unair tsb tetapi bisa menerima keadaan istri saya dengan tulus u0026 ikhlas, tanpa prosedur tetek bengek yang ribet dan mengecewakan. Terbukti kan bahwa hotel mana yang benar-benar terlalu kebanyakan prosedur tanpa memperhatikan apa fungsi dari hotel yang dibangunnya ? Membangun hanya fisik gedungnya saja, tapi tidak membangun pakai hati.
Sekarang buat ANDA WAHAI Pemilik Hotel OYO 57 MERR yang Tambun kayak Ban Truk Gelinding. Ingaaaattt !! Sistim Tabur Menuai masih berlaku sampai saat ini !
ANDA sudah dengan teganya melakukan perbuatan yang tidak berperikemanusiaan kepada kami. Tuhan juga sudah melihat apa yang ANDA lakukan pada kami. Suatu saat nanti ANDA pun akan merasakan apa yang kami rasakan, yaitu gimana rasanya diusir, ditolak u0026 disakiti.
