Nice place...I'd been in this place for 8 days...
The service was quite good...
No Hot Water for taking a bath in my room, but it is quite Cheap if you look at the price...

Located downtown, so it's near a lot of downtown destination including Gubeng train station and some culinary.

But it was dirty, I spent the first night unable to sleep and managed to kill almost a hundred mosquitos. The next day I went to the nearest convenient store to buy an electric mosquitos repellent. Even then, it's not 100% effective.

AC was old but cool enough. The shower is weird, it's from 1 pipe which gave you cold water at night and warm but almost hot water at noon.

I think the cupboard can be replaced with smaller wardrobe. The hot/cold shower can be improved. But overall, the services, breakfasts, access to places nearby are all good

There are 3 type of rooms available: Superior (with hot shower), deluxe (without hot shower), Student (1 single bed), free breakfast, quiet place, friendly receptionist, 24 hours security system.

It is quite cheap, and good if you just need a place to sleep and shower. It is close to some malls and also umiversity and hospital. Its good for short stay

It's suitable for backpacker. It has a comfort and quite large room, but the bathroom is too small.
