Ok, one of free area if you not buy full service ticket (tiket terusan) in SCNM. There are so many great photos here about Surabaya. Don't forget to try mini telescope too to watch photos on above.

A museum showcasing a brief history of Surabaya. Admittance is free however it's located inside the Suroboyo Carnival area and you must pay a small admittance fee. Plus there are some local swear words on the museum wall
