Best traditionally processed fried duck in Surabaya, no doubt. Just make sure you count this dish as a cheat-day food. Overall, very deliciously yummy, your palate will cherish every bites. Not to mention the authentic sambal, sambal lovers will devour them like crazy. Super reccomended!
