Overall a great budget hotel, would suggest addition of sanitary kit inside the rooms. It would also be nice if the bathroom is cleaned thoroughly because it is rather dirty. The breakfast is better served as a buffet and with more variety of foods to choose, I had the coffee and it was unfortunately cold.

Great place to stay for few days in surabaya. The employees are polite and give good service. The room is good enough. But the parking lot needs more space especially for car. But overall ????

Frank's hotel (+) * this is budget hotel. Price around 300 below / night; so consider cheaper * Room is clean and acceptable * provide standard operation like give 2 towels, 2 free drink, pillow and blankets * There is hot water also, providing soap gel * There is Air con for each room and there is smoking and no smoking room * checking is fast but need deposit (depending how long u stay, 4 night is need deposit 200rb by cash) * staff is friendly and also there is security outisde (-) *breakfast is not like buffet but 1 room for 2 person. I. E: day 1 only nasi goreng and Noodle, so we only can choose 1 from two menu and cannot asking more or take like buffet. Drink is only water n coffee. Taste of the food is so so and consider just ok. The better one is nasi goreng. My suggestion: please change become buffet although is not so many menu, but at least customer can chooce the main menu at least 4 type and please improve the tasted. * you need to tell them if you want to make up ur room and sometime is forget.. My suggestions, this is back to basic, should be all room need to be clean everyday if that customer still stayed at your hotel. Conclusion: The first time i come this hotel already have many improvements 1. Now already have wifi, previously dont have 2. Now each door already have standard security lock although is not using card. 3. There is clear sign for each room very clear.. Previously dont have 4. This price is really cheaper and the room is consider clean So please always keep improve ya.. I love the hotel that is cheaper but still maintain the good quality. Keep the good job

You won't find better for such low price, less than $15 (USD) per night, without the breakfast, clean rooms and AC. I'd stay there anytime I'm in Surubaya.

no sandals, no bath soap no shampoo no brushteeth no odol. small room and far away from downcity

I can't taste the breakfast coz the hotel give us 2 choice, bread or noodle..

Welcoming staff, clean and tidy room. Will visit again and recommend to my friends!
