Awesome hotel if you plan to stay at West Surabaya. It has access to pakuwon mall so plenty of activities and food choices besides in hotel restaurants. The staff are awesome and helpful. The cleanup lady did cleanup our room spotless and didn't even take the tip that we left for her [probably didn't know since tipping isn't custom in Indonesia). Great job!

Staying for a night with my families (2-3 May 2022). We booked 3 rooms.

Check in are quick and the receptionists are very helpful. We got room upgrades due the peak season.

We also got complimentary meal from the hotel, because we must wait for an extra hour until our rooms are ready. Very thankful to the manager on duty and the hotel teams.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Very cozy.

The breafkast are delicious and have many options. My family really like it.

Check out are smooth and fast.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Four Points Pakuwon and we are definitely will coming back for another vacation.

Helpful staff and clean room. With great gym that open 24hrs Making my stay there a pleasant one. Close to the mall where I can take my kids around. Definitely will comeback here again next time. Thanks four point

overall, we enjoyed our stay. room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. breakfast is a standout with plenty of choice.
Recommended hotel and definitely will comeback.

staying here for 2 nights, and this is one of best and comfortable hotel. It's located in one area consist of mall, trade center and another hotel. so if u need to spend the night there it easy to get food and all what u need cause it's connected with trade center and mall. I like the food for breakfast to, there is traditional dan western food.

I spent 2 nights with my family for staycation. We booked undersea theme family room which was great, my son loved it so much!. One only complaint that I had was the swimming pool, specifically the children (0.6m depth I believe). There was a sharp edge in the bottom floor of swimming pool that hurt my son right foot toe. The wound wasn't serious but it made him panicked due to the bleeding that never stop (luckily it was settled after we asked for some ice cubed from hotel staff). Seems like such incidents had been happened multiple times in the past but yet it never been fixed. Please fix it in a proper way because it affected kids safety. Being wounded and panic after swimming will ruin the holiday mood.

Just a night stay but it was a pleasant, comfy, and luxury stay. Service is amazing, breakfast is delicious with vast choices of indonesian food.
Bed and pillow are super comfortable too.
