Elevator was so scary, we can hear the sound of the elevator belt ????

The room was okay and clean, but there's no hairdryer, no tissue inside the room, the white towel need to be replaced, it's not even white anymore.

Location is okay, located behind transmart. Convenient but the area around the hotel was a little dark..

Breakfast's menu is good, a lot of choices.

Nice Hotel with Swimmingpool. Very awesome Stuff. Belgis and Fernanda was very helpfull with private Management. I would recommend to come here. Thank you for everything!

the parking lot is not neat and narrow but inside the hotel is quite clean, the room design is attractive and the food menu is enough and delicious.

The room is ok, but the air conditioner not cold enough and noisy if using swing, food is ok, i like the herb drinks, cake.

a pleasant vacation, and can enjoy various facilities at favehotel Rungkut, such as a swimming pool. our child is very happy. The location of the hotel is strategically close to the shopping center. and international airports. The reception staff were very friendly and smiling. the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, the hotel has received a security and health certificate from the government. And all staff have been vaccinated. So it's definitely safe and quiet to stay here. Affordable prices and great service

really enjoyed the atmosphere of staying here. the hotel is clean and the reception staff are friendly. the facilities are quite complete for a budget hotel class. where is the swimming pool Health protocols are well implemented. Comfortable and good price. Recommendation for a staycation here
