Best spot for hanging out with friends and family in WTC. Cozy atmosphere, chic decor, delicious food, and great coffee. The smoking room is located at the 2nd floor, totally separated which is nice for the non-smokers. The outside seatings are very breezy. Recommended!

The place is cozy. Near from main door. Instagramable for making feed on instagram. About the price is standar for everyone who know about Excelso.

Any the second stair for our choice to make mini meetup with our friends.

when I came here, in this branch I had headache. I felt unwell, but . . . I ws so happy bcuse one male staff helped me. he was choosing a place, he took me the chair he let me sit pleasantly. then he bring me the menu. masyallah I didn't read the menu book, but he again gave me an option what to eat. thank u bro ???????? u did a great job. I felt convenient at time. excelso . . thank you. you care your customer. keep it up

For me, it's the second best Excelso outlet. Great staffs and services. Coffee menu and price is the same as others. Clean and cozy, good ambience too.

Cosy place
And like walking to your grandma to have a coffee. They made me very comfortable. Gud Indonesian coffee. Come back again if I come to surabaya.
