Nice place, affordable place but no towel so prepare one before you get to this place

(+) offer you an industrial theme (but too much), AC work properly, refrigerator available, tv work well, they provide 2 bolster, no spiderweb inside. Lift work well. Seems like a new building.
(-) Very very bad service. Not friendly and helpful at all. No tissue, only available one towel (when I ask for another towel, he said management only provide one towel), no toiletries, the water heater is not hot at all, no drinking water

Result : Will never ever ever stay here again. Bad service ruin it all and make it worst. The owner should train their receptionist. We want to stay in ur hotel n experience it to the fullest, not only using ur bed and just go. Im totally disappointed. We pay a cheap price, but I can show you another hotel with a proper service (I didnt expect u to treat me like a king, just be nice) with a proper facility with the cheap price also (at the centre of Surabaya).

The room is clean and cozy. The design are very good and comfortable to live in. Currently, they give a price cut for limited period and it is a good value for money. The parking space is very big and easy to navigate. It is a good options for budget Travelers on wheels.
