For the price, it's a solid stay.
Overall, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room has just enough space (around 1m each side around the bed), AC u0026 TV work without problems.
Unfortunately, there were multiple blackouts during our stay and the bathroom curtains had some mold. Nothing too bad, but surely not the best place in Surabaya...

Really friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean (maybe bathroom would need a little bit more of cleaning) also there is room service, free water and rooms are soundproof (that’s a must if you are going to sleep in Surabaya because there are mosques everywhere)

Room is clean, and the hotel allows for 4 occupants for weekly/monthly stay. Got my room for IDR 1mio for a week, what a deal!. Bad thing is, hot water is not working and there are some dirty spots on the sheets. Staff is friendly but food is not recommended for its price-value. Taste-wise is so-so. The worst thing of the experience is the room is tilted on the bed head part from its floor, which is bit not normal for a hotel room and uncomfortable to sleep on the floor.

I have booked through travel agent site, and the voucher already issued, but when i tried to check in, the recepcionist told me that they have a policy that maximum time for onsite payment was 5 hours from check in time, so they cancelled my voucher...????

I can’t tell much since it is very cheap, this place closest hotel to Gubeng. But if you mind to have a comfortable and nice vacation, staying here is not a big deal.

I stayed at the De Puri hotel booked from Airy room. It was okay as I stayed at night and checked out early at 3.40 am for my train ride. I stayed at room 202. What annoying me was the hot shower didn't work. The room didn't set like an Airy standard with blue airy pillow and everything. It was just regular de puri room only given airy snack at the receptionist. I was disappointed!
