The best branch of Boncafe and the most delicious taste comparing to another branches in town. Located inside a housing complex but still near the main road with a lot of parking lot. There is also Bon Ami bakery near the building, you can buy their legendary brioche bread there.

Boncafe used to be my favorite place to eat steak. But now, I prefer Urban Wagyu (because the steak is more tasty and juicy)

Tasty Western variety of food with a bit of Asian fusion. I tried Seoulful Rice Steak and it was definitely fulfilling as Indonesian since we need rice :D
Had Lychee Mojito and Cucumber Melon Lime as drinks, very refreshing! Definitely will come back again :)

This restaurant is legend in Surabaya and famous for the steak.
For me the steak is just OK for the price. They can much better on the sauce.

Good place to spend family time. Baby friendly restaurant. Staffs are so helpfull. But when you order for many items for many peoples, you need to double check with the bill as if something is missing out. Last night I was having birthday dinner here with family and friends, this is happened. We ordered for es puter and we didnt get it until we pay the bill and just realize that this item is missing. Finally they serve this es puter for us to take away.

we think the staff attitude is very friendly and welcome, they also serve us politely and also properly, they look presentable by wearing their uniform neatly, they always aware of their surroundings for example when we first came to the restaurant they immediately greeted us and help us to find our table also when we need help, they came to serve us immediately. The staff body language and the way they speak to us were great. Another example when we ordered welldone steak, when the steak came its also for real welldone not medium rare. The food are also not overated and we think the food compares with the price are worth it. Overall we think ,boncafe serve is pretty good and worth to try.
