if you like waking up at 6am with disco music and finding cockroaches near your toothbrushes, welcome here. The hotel is only for locals, the staff does not speak English. Worst Best Western ever.

I've been staying in this hotel for couple times during my business trip. The location is relatively near to Juanda airport, restaurants, malls and snack shops at Jemursari area.

Good. We had a good sleep staying in the hotel. Although the AC could have been colder.

We had a good dinner too. The servant named Oxel was particularly helpful u0026 friendly.

1 night here, The room isn't clean and found 4 little cockroach inside the room. Told the room services and they're sprayed with the poison all the bathroom and the cupboard, and the cockroach still there in the morning.

... what an experience for a 4 stars hotel.

First room served was not so clean, find little cockroach inside the room. After change room, it was better. But the problem with only active one lift served for 33 floors

impressed with the quality of service because the staffs are incredibly nice and friendly also really helpful during my stays, would like to recommend you if you come to surabaya because this hotel is near to airport

Good experience stay here, got 30th floor with great view of Surabaya. Reasonable room rate, good service and near center of city Surabaya.
