First impression is that it is very crowded. The place is hot because there is only a fan. Parking is difficult, especially for cars, especially when it's crowded.

For the atmosphere, this meatball shop is just like a traditional meatball shop. Not too comfortable to linger. Dine in/take away and go out.

As for the taste, I don't know if it's my tongue that has a problem or something. The taste of this meatball when I came was normal. Bland, lack of seasoning and less salty. However, said my friend who was eating together said "it's delicious".

At that time I ordered 1 portion of mixed meatballs which consisted of 4 soft and 2 coarse pentols and 1 fried. The price for a portion is 15 thousand. The drinks are very expensive, one iced tea is only 5 thousand. Better to bring your own mineral water from home.

Oh yes, it seems that at night it will be accompanied by live music entertainment which is enough to bring the atmosphere.

- A nice place to spend your lunch time with the company of live music
- Car parking is pretty tough, but the parking guy is very good in giving direction (eventho he doesn't look too friendly :D)
- Original bakso and mie ayam cost Rp 15.000
- I prefer bakso rather than mie ayam because the mie ayam tastes too sweet for me
- Portions are big
- Drink starts from Rp 6000 (es teh manis)
- Will come back for the bakso. Worth to buy

Tasted the cheese meatballs, very yummy. Overall this is a nice place for a quick bite with live Keroncong music and vintage vibes, just feel the journey back in time when you listen to the music from the old transistor radio. Quite historical place and one of a kind, the price is very affordable.

One of the famous bakso in Surabaya. The bakso is good but the broth just so so. You can order different kind of bakso such as bakso halus, bakso kasar, bakso telur etc. The place is very nice and clean, fast service, they have acoustic band to entertain. Big parking lot also. But IMO, still Bakso Pratama is the most delicious bakso in Surabaya town!!

It is one of the most famous meatball in Surabaya. This is my first time eating here. The place was clean and spacy with many benches. Fast service and the staff was helpful. You may come before evening to avoid queue. The taste was good enough, you can choose many various of meatball. We ordered bakso halus, bakso kasar and bakso puyuh. It consists of 6 meatball mix variant. The texture of the meatball was chewy. Honestly I more prefer meatball with soft texture. The price was reasonable. We paid 40k for two bowls include two ice tea. If you are bakso-lover it's recommended to try this one.

The real definition of you'll get what you pay for, but in this case you pay less ! Their foods are quite affordable for a famous restaurant. Their meatballs are also nice and tender. They serve also variations of meatballs. Also they have live Keroncong music that will make your visit much more unforgettable. They'll close their order if they already runs out of meatballs. So you're better be quick !

Bakso and Chicken Noodles Solo yang satu ini so yummy...So fast and good service. There's live music too....Would you try this? You should....????????????
