Descent Indonesian food with Dutch ambience. Very nice. Just like most restaurant in Surabaya, the sambal is extremely spicy. Which is why we love Surabaya so much. ????

The name of the restaurant is Ayam Bakar Primarasa or Prime Taste Grilled Chicken. The restaurant serves more than chicken. The owner kept the name Grilled Chicken because it was the first menu that was served for the customers. You can actually have a range of choices from seafood to vegetables, all cooked in the traditional Javanese way. The restaurant has a number of branches, and this is one of them. This branch is not the biggest, but it serves just as many dishes as the others. When you come, you will be served with Indonesian kue. Kue is like delicacy dessert, usually sweet. It is complimentary, so you won't find it in the bill!

Primarasa have a consistent food quality so far. The legendary food is the chicken grill and the fried gurame...it is so delicious and the winner. The one need to be improve is the layout, the interior, it is a bit crowded to have a sit here. If they add some coffee menu, i think it will attract many people to come here. The layout, the wall should be improve to be an instragramable interior.
And also the hospitality and the service level of the waitress here. The waitress need to be more active to stand near the customer's table so they can be ready at any time to receive any order.

Waitress not friendly. Only nice at Chinese customer.
Poor service. I don’t know why this restaurant have such a bad bad employee. Not going back there again
