Cleanliness need to be an important attention for the staffs.

They have hot and cold water.
Room size small for double standar room type, but they budget room around 180 - 250k. Still ok for rest and sleep.

Three storey building with clean rooms and complete facilities. It has hospitable staff. The price is affordable.
But the parking space is not so wide. Bathroom a little bit under maintenance i think. Television channel not too many

The staff were great| helpful| friendly.However| the room was dirty. I was in the triple room (might be the only dirty room| considering the other reviews were quite positive). The biggest turnoff - too many ants crawling all over the bed| pillow. YUCK!!! You wouldn't dare to sleep!There were some hair stuck on the tap. Had second thoughts about brushing my teeth. Even though it's a budget hotel| I believe basic hygiene should be observed.

The stars were for the staff who were really helpful. Other than that, I felt there were many areas the hotel can improve.

I got the triple room. The toilet was dirty. There were numerous ants on the bed. Air con doesn't really cool down the room. Toilet paper not refilled. Toilet seat was wet when we checked in.

2 stars rating for a 2 star hotel? Coincidence? I'm not so sure. You may want to find out for yourself

The staff are very helpful. However, I found that the room is a bit dirty. The bed sheet got stain on it and the pillows are super uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty as well. The waterway in the bathroom blocked causing puddle. I think these issues can be improved.

Wifi works well. Room is clean. Friendly staff, FOX Movies, and Fox Movies Action. The toilet bowl cover is a little bit broken, but still useable. It is pretty quiet and also near to find food. There are 3 floors in the hotel. And no smoking. They provided 2 bottles of water. Water heater works ok. Pretty good for a cheap price.

Bad bad and bad

1. The sheet was dirty, there was stain like blood or something. It was new stain that actually could be cleaned. I couldn't imagine how dangerous it was when the previous visitor was having virus like corona may be, if there was no linen replacement.
2. There was no amenities like soap shampoo, toothbrush and paste. When i asked the receptionist, he said the soap supply ran out, really?. Then i needed to buy at mini market by myself. There was also no toilet paper at bathroom
3. At the first day, it was really difficult to find the receptionist. Because he wasn't there at his desk.
4. There was no coffee maker while in oyo website supposed to be prepared at room.
5. there was no mineral water.
6. The receptionist seemed really rude and not helping at all.
7. The curtain loosed.
8. The parking area was full of staff motorcycle.
9. It is syariah hotel. But there was no greeting... the staff seemed too lazy to help.
10. The staff slept on the sofa at the lobby.. it was really inapropriate.

Becoming repeater guest?... I dont think so..
