Polished all-apartment property featuring free breakfast, plus an outdoor pool, a gym u0026 a playroom. Located in West Surabaya with mall and market in front of the service apartment. Around 45 minutes- 1 hour from the International airport Juanda and 45 minutes-1 hour to CBD of Surabaya. The residence is also closely connected to other entertaining leisure destinations.It is a 10-minute drive from Ciputra World Surabaya, a 5-minute drive from Ciputra Golf Club and Hotel, a 20-minute drive from Plaza Tunjungan, and a 30-minute drive to Surabaya Zoo.

Very beautiful bathroom. Spacious rooms with overall hygiene being top notch. Their room service also very responsive and fast in doing what have been asked. Definitely doing a re-visit or even a number one go to accomodation in Surabaya Barat for me.

Ok I write a review again this time after I stayed there again with bunch of my friends. But this time is about the restaurant.
Most of the food is good, but they need to buy a new toaster oven. It's broken, everyone knows. It takes a long time for toasting the bread ( it's inexpensive actually ), They also take a long time to refills the food on the counter. People are waiting.
No hot milk in a small thermo for coffee latte. You pour cold milk instead of hot milk and make your hot coffee cold. It's not delicious morning coffee anymore.
Pancakes should be bigger rather than small sizes because people are taking a lot of them. Specially adults.
I hope they have Peanut Butter too beside jam and chocolate spread.
Miso soup always too salty
Juice are too sweet.
The last..maybe add more cereal/ dessert varieties ? Maybe provide more healthy cereals ( not too sugary ) for optional instead of the sweet one ( Koko Krunch, and the white one looks like vanilla flavour).
The main food , meat sometimes still hard to chew. And too spicy. Not good for little kids.
The other foods are ok.
Staff are friendly and helpful ????

Great place to stay cation with family , clean pool , great breakfast, shopping mall is just cross the street, staying many time never disappointed
