This is the only Au0026W branch that I've ever visited. I reckon that this branch is not so different compared to the other branch that you might've visited. The food is good, we ordered a package of 4 (it's called something with friend, can't really remember) with a pretty reasonable price. Some menu can take a little while to come though (the soup) while the other is fast. The weird thing is, the place upstair is not available for some reason so you have to stick in downstair.

So I ordered a meal here, I used gojek application, i upsized the drink. I was thinking it not cost much to upsize a drink, so I asked the driver to upsize it. When I opened at home, wow, a little bit too much of ice cubes, so I grab a spoon and scoop it out, guess what? When Im done with scooping the ice cube the water filled less than a half bottle..... What we learn here? Never order from this aw branch

It's absolutely the worst Au0026W outlet to me. Place is so dirty, many flies around, really bad for hygiene and very uncomfortable. All staffs are not nice either, they seem don't care about customer satisfaction. This is the first time I'm very dissapointed with Au0026W service.

Pelayanan agak lama. Been here several times, always had to wait almost half an hour. This should be a fast food franchise, for christ sake!
