a nice place to say if you have business trip in Tebet. all of the staff were nice and helpful. the hotel is near Cawang station that can reached by walking.

Been there for a meeting not for a stay. This budget hotel is located near the train station, around 800m. Near the main road and toll, around 1km.
The cafe/dining area and meeting room is on the side of lobby separated by glass door. It is the open area for smoking too. The meeting snack was nice, meeting room size for 15 - 20 people with the big table in the center, projector and glass board.

U stay hotel is good place to stay if u have business in tebet. The building is new. The room is enough for two persons. Small but comfortable. Another good point for me. There is a mosque in front of the hotel. But it is hard to find food there

Nice hotel. Pretty fit for your pocket. I need to stay in Jakarta for almost two weeks. 2 nights I slept in the 3 star hotel which is more expensive. Then I found out this hotel because I need cheaper hotel. Lucky me

The staff was welcoming and helpful even though I had to check-in at 3 im the morning. The room was clean, the AC worked great, hot water worked great. Very recommended.

(15-01-18) With that such price and location, i have nothing to ask. My room is clean, Linens are white and clean, hotel crew are really nice and responsive, have nice parking lot, buuuuut hotel's sound dampening is really bad, i can clearly hear someone laughing from across my room and especially when hotel crew vacuuming other room across the hall... aaaand yes! room are crampy... you cannot expect doing yoga or bring in small child to it because they have big freaking bed inside small freaking room, beware maybe trigger someone who have claustrophobic!

The price was reasonable. The room was clean and comfort. So lovely hotel budget. The staff was very friendly and the process of check in was very easy.
