Always love to exercise here! It's only available for girls and the place is very much comfortable. Trained by a very well-experienced trainer, treated nicely by all of the staffs, equipped by a very nice toiletries and very nice personal care materials will make exercise enjoyable and fun.

And if you're a big fan of PINK, you would love to stay forever here!

The concept and the instructors are great. Too sweet to whom doesn't like pink ???? equipment are complete. The only things are dragging it down is the size and the air ciculation of the class. It's too small and very hot

Such a cute and girly fitness studio in South Jakarta. This studio is strictly for women only. They have classes of Zumba, TRX, Barre, Pilates, etc. Instructors and facilities are very good. Towels are provided. No water dispenser provided, but you can purchase bottled water. They only have 2 showers, so get yourself ready to queue after each classes for showers.

One of Jakarta’s best women only workout studios. Trainstation Studio has many workout varieties; zumba, pilates, hiit, boxing, barre, and others. The teachers are professionals and certified. Tha interior is dominated with pink. It has shower rooms, lockers, and complete with high quality amenities. It also has children playing area and cosy chairs with a small library. It also provide healthy snacks and drinks. Training here always brings me happiness and satisfaction.

A very comfortable health studio with excellent and clean facilities. The class option was great. Suitable for beginner to advance.
