their ambulance service is so slow. my grandpa literally can't breathe and they said they're already on the way but it's been more than 30 minutes. and they aren't far from my house. honestly what kind of service is this.

it's been more than an hour now. emergency has hung up on us multiple times even when we're mid-call. now they're saying that the nurses had to wear their scrubs or whatever first before going so when they said they were on the way, they never were. honestly constantly disappointed at jmc.

Not recommended for PCR test result that requires everything in English, the staff is nice but they are not ready to produce pcr result that meet the standard for international flight. We had to spend total of 6 hours just to get the report right. Suggest just to go to bumame etc

I've been coming to this hospital for treatment since 2000, and the care has always been excellent. There is no difference between using insurance or cash. Please, if one nurse or doctor makes a mistake, don't punish all of the physicians and nurses in this hospital since they are all ugly. KALAU MAU PELAYANAN YANG AMAT SANGAT BAGUS DAN AMAT SANGAT SEMPURNA, CARI RUMAH SAKIT TERNAMA DAN TERKENAL LAH!!

Its a nice hospital in jaksel, really have good responsive doctors and friendly, the have a lots of playground indoor-outdoor. Kids friendly hospital ☺️

i only take PCR test here and i got good service, nothing to complaint tho.
fyi they have 2 type of PCR test, the result with 12 hours @675k and 24 hours @450k.
