Well, if you ride by motorcycle and park it on the highest parking floor, you can enjoy glimpse sight of Jakarta skyline buildings. This one was taken by my 16-MP phone camera on 3rd floor (or 5th maybe?) motorcycle parking area, perhaps much better if taken by "3 or 4 eyes" camera. The point is owner should be keen for this potential of this "city view". If you know what I mean.

Besides that, it is just gadget stores and convenience store inside of this mall.

A good enough place if you need to buy phones. The place are segregated into several area. One district has shophouses, office area, the other the retail area. The latter have areas that sell phones and electronics as well as other area stuff like clothing, baby shops and toys, food court and supermarket upstairs. Parking shouldn't be a problem if you want to walk a bit, just park across the street that is still part of the ITC complex.

the security guard has bad behavior and is not polite, what else is on guard if you don't want the ojol to park in front at least give land for the ojol to park

I just went to Grapari telkomsel. Here, services are good. Except that the room is quite small. Cannot accommodate a large number of customers.

Very good deals for everything electronics related. The shopping center is nothing fancy and just the right kind of place to go when something unexpexted happens to your electronics and you need very cheap prices. The downsides are that there are dozens of stores in hard competition for your business, which is good, but comes with the phenomenon that a lot of salesman try to push their products on you. Every store will verbaly engage you and ask you to stop by, which can be quite exhausting. Also the prices for similar goods and services fluctuate greatly within the mall - therefore you have to ask around. Go to four to five stores and get their offer. Exhausting, but if you are willing to do it. You can strike a good bargain for electronics, repair-services and so on. There is also a small and cheap foodcourt in the mal. Nice food, but the atmosphere is busy. Therefore, not the best place for relaxed eating.

I got my phone fixed at Toko Spare Parts on L3. Really recommend them, though they were more expensive than other quotes.
