My family and I have had outstanding service at Good Practice. Our regular doctor has been excellent - extremely knowledgeable and professional, explains things clearly and patiently, and very sincere. The staff and nurses have been super kind and responsive. We always turn to Good Practice whenever we need medical assistance and feel very lucky to have access to such a great team.

Great bedside manner. Lovely doctors and nurses. They do home visits for everything..this was amazing to have during the pandemic when we did not feel comfortable going out..staff were very professional and in full PPE outfit for home visit. You can even organise tests at home, really great for nervous children. They are very good with children. Highly recommend.

Good Practice is the best clinic I’ve found in Jakarta. Dr. Steven and co have been my primary health care in Indonesia for the last 5 years. Highly recommended!

Needed a refill of medications as I was traveling and arranged for it in an hours notice. ( especially one of them they sourced it from another clinic as they did not have the stock). They always endeavour to make me feel better when I come here and definitely thanks for that ( and have really patient staff and doctors)

Started using Good Practice after a terrible experience at SOS clinic. Dr. Steven Graaff and his team, especially Dr. Karina, provide an outstanding level of care and attention.

Their skills, attention to detail and not over medicating their patients are admirable and would certainly recommend their clinic to all.

Needed an appointment the first time seeing a Doctor since arriving in Jakarta more than a year ago. Called at 8am for an appointment and they seemed a bit reluctant to lock in a timing but invited me to come at my requested time. As a new patient the check in process was very straight forward. Followed by checking by a personable nurse of some basics, temperature, blood pressure and blood oxygen. After a short further wait saw the Doctor (Dr Viandini) she immediately apologised for any wait and started with a brief but thorough enough medical history asked for symptoms and carried out a brief examination. She was super pleasant, explained the options, did not over test given relatively mild symptoms and sent me away with some medicine which was very promptly dispensed. Very reassuring to know that this facility is available here and will certainly use again if required. Highly recommended, thought the cost of the appointment was also reasonable and according to my driver not far off what a local Indonesian would pay for a Doctor's visit.
