Always very long queue since it's located in the middle of business area. Small place though. Need to spare time if you really need to go there or at night. Bad service compared to GraPARI Telkomsel, I mean when I was there, the customer service didn't give me a smile even a little, and arrogant attitude for a customer service. I know maybe they were tired because they must open till night (9 PM), but that shouldn't be a reason for not giving customers best services. Hope they will change.

Came here to accompany my mom to replace her broken simcard. The staff were friendly, and the problem is solved quickly. The waiting room is also cozy and the couch is marked so we can keep practising physical distancing.

The place to get all your needs and fix any problem with your Indosat number. Its not big but sometimes it could get a little crowded there especially on peak hours. Service is quite good. Also while you are waiting you could browse a selection of smartphones on offer with bundle of Indosat sim card or just go browsing in the mall where the selection of smartphones is much more diverse

I came to pay my monthly bill. My inactive phone seems to be discontinued soon. After having been using it for 18 years as an Indosat subscriber.

I've been visit 3 locs of gakeri indosat ( during oct till nov ) but still un clear ????????????

good service, but not too great on that sector either. please fix the queueing process.
