My hotel for honeymoon! It was definitely a pleasure to stay here for 2 nights. The room was great, the breakfast was outstanding, the pool also beautiful. Only the location is kinda far from pretty much everywhere. We couldn't walk to go to nearest mall, cafes, or another meeting point. Need to bring own car or use taxi to stumble around

The most memorable stay at four season, very friendly staff, kids friendly hotel, all the food was delicious. Clean and spacious room. Perfect for a staycation with family, my son was treated well while staying here. Will definitely come back again. Thank you

Stayed in Four Seasons Jakarta during a business trip. The staff is very attentive and they always make you feel home while staying. The room service and dining options are good, food is good and the bed and sheets are wonderfully comfy. Enjoyed my stay and will come back again.

Wonderful huge room, with so many nice touches. Amazing bathroom. Incredible pool area and great staff. Just had a fantastic. Club sandwich which always lets you gauge the ability in the kitchen. think it’s cheap but that working on a GBP basis and compared with similar hotels around the world - definitely 5 stars in terms of amenities and service.

They made our stay amazing. The staff, food, drinks and the spa were just perfect. We did our best to spoil ourself and they were there and matched whatever we requested with smile on their face.
We visited 4 different hotels in indonesia In different cities and this hotel made the others looks outdated.
I can say it from know and on I am four seasons fan boy.

Great rooms, service, pool, amenities and bed.

the only shortcoming: food.
We had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and the food is beyond unremarkable. Definitely not a 5 star hotel offering.
The food is mediocre - does NOT belong into a Four Season class.

we had stayed before pandemic in Ritz Carlton - great chef, great results.
We have recently enjoyed St. Regis in Abu Dhabi - perhaps the chef from Four Season should make a short trip to that hotel to see what a proper breakfast can look like, because his definitely falls short.
I won't describe disastrous dinners because we already left a separate review of that experience.

Stayed for business trip and absolutely love the room deco and layout. Will frequest more ofter but downside it is always full traffic during daytime so plan your journey ahead.
