The place is in Setiabudi one building. It was quite complete service for gym, yoga, dance, and other classes. The facilities of Sauna Mushola are also clean and comfortable. The amazing one is the member fee. Unfortunately during pandemic they closed the place.

Compared to other fitness center, I'd say this is my favorite one ???? I usually attended yoga and poundfit classes. Instructors were friendly and nice. They have locker room that you can borrow, yet, you need to bring your own padlock as they're not providing it (but as per my experience it's been super safe so far). My recommendation: tho they provide all the utilities, better to bring your own esp the mattress, cos sometimes it's super wet from the sweat of ppl in the prev. class (ewww)

I have one year membership and I paid additional for 1 year locker rental. A trainer told me I could replace my towels if they get dirty. Went up to the receptionist one day after a particularly taxing regimen of yoga, lots of sweating, needed a new mini towel. Told me I should bring my big towel as well (they usually provide 2).
Then suddenly the rude receptionist said I would get charged extra if I take new towels.
Luckily the manager apologized and gave me the big towel. But no mini towel!
Wish I could get a refund now.

I joined 1 year membership right before the pandemic started. Since then, their WA, IG, and other social media didn't response our messages. Poor management. Not even 1 star out of 100.

It was ok gym. I am a member and I paid 350k monthly automatically from my credit card with student discount. You should be member for at least 1 year and if you drop halfway,there is a penalty percentage fron membership fee you should paid. Forget the exact but quite expensive. There is sauna, but quite small and smelly

Too crowded, complicated process for renting towel and registering for classes, the towel provided was old and did not feel clean, the class supporting equipment such as mattresses were old, not cleaned, and torn. The instructor for the HIIT class was great though. Very energetic and taught great moves.

It's all good until one day it decided to close for the whole day to fix the central air conditioner without prior notice to every member. Gold Gym got our contact details for what? Seriously, do you know how much effort I need to wake up early morning before the office to go to your place? So dissapointed. I hope Gold Gym can give early notice next time :( I mean you chrage your members on monthly basis no matter how often we use the facilities, so each day does matter. I hope gold gym can take this serriously.
