Terrrible, staff was rude and the treatment was bad. Got treated very roughly and was left with damaged skin. The mask wasn't even removed properly and she said we were done. I had to go to the toilet to wash off the rest of the mask. It seems cheap but at the end not worth any of your money.

I have been visiting Eva Mulia Tebet for many times. I am a member for 1.5 years. I was recommended to go there to cure my acne problem by my aunt. At that time she told me that she went to Eva Mulia Radio Dalam for 2 years but I found Tebet branch is closer to me. On Saturday December 22nd 2018 I visited Eva Mulia Tebet because my acne problem was worst. Unfortunately I didn't get what I should receive. The beautician did only A HALF of my face without telling me the reason. I asked another beautician that cleaned up my face and she said nothing. It was very very strange that it was never happened before. I tell you that you are not recommended to come to Eva Mulia Tebet since the beauticians are bad at service and during the treatment most of them don't speak to you but they chit chat with their friends. They are not friendly at all compare to other branches. I once asked beauticians at Eva Mulia Radio Dalam about them and they said that Eva Mulia Tebet is known for unfriendliness and bad service but the most crowded one.

the place clean, budget friendly and the therapist is friendly too....
been here for almost 7 years regularly...
just be nice and patient, they have a lot of customers...
