The doctor was great, but the last time I went there, the frontline staff who took care of prescription and payment were not professional. They read over the prescription very quickly and ended up including 2 items that I didn't plan to purchase. When I re-checked the list before I paid at the counter, I found those 2 items, and I asked the staff to cancel them. Unfortunately they said they could not do so, and I had to pay for those 2 items that I didn't need. I had been Erha's client since 2015. I used to go to the Erha at Baywalk Pluit but since I moved to South Jakarta, I went to its clinic in Tebet. The incident with my last transaction was very disappointing that I feel reluctant to be back there again.
