Before i went to this clinic, i collect some informations first, and finally on 31th Marc i went here to consult with doctor Eko, he's very nice docter n gave me all all the information that i need about eyelid surgery, next day i did the eyelid surgery with him n doctor Micheal for the anasthesia, the staff also very friendly n make me felt comfortable, good job ????????????????

Don’t waste your money at this clinic!

I had a few simple questions regarding a surgical procedure.
They told me to book an online paid consultation which I did.
I had asked to kindly talk to their top surgeon (which would have been with Dr. Tompi).

First of all they never scheduled a time with me. They just tried their luck to call at a random time and obviously were not able to reach me.
I mentioned it would be advisable to schedule a time.
They never did.
They tried to call me again at a random hour. Luckily I was available to take the call.
I spoke to a junior surgeon about my case (when I had specifically asked to speak to the top surgeon).
None of the questions I had originally asked in my text message were addressed during the consultation.
They mentioned they would get back to me with a formally written response to my queries.
Generally a professional clinic would get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
This never happened.
3 days later I sent them a reminder to get back to me.
Again they told me to wait…..so I did patiently. A week and a half later and I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Clearly professionalism and competence isn’t something they consider of value.
Why would I pay to have a consultation and never get any answers to my questions?
I decided to ask for a refund as they couldn’t care less about their clients. I felt completely uncared for and ignored.

They told me they would not offer me a refund and that Dr. Tompi would be available for a call but I had lost trust in the clinic and the way it’s run by the staff. I would never go to this clinic if this is the way they treat potential clients. Completely careless and unprofessional with no accountability or integrity.
I never got my money back.
I got charged for a service that I never received.
Extremely unethical and unprofessional.

The Best Clinic Ever, in my experience when we visit a beautiful clinic care, we will find long proces and many many costing...
But in BeYoutiful Clinic, very very practice, quick, concervatism cost, good hospitality, professional staff, and very plesant Clinic
When he give me range of cost, they charged me the lowest and it all, including check after the operation...
Wooww... Should come to prove it yourself...
