I totally regretted to chose this hotel for my staying.
Of course I understand there are some mistakes or something not enough service. I don’t complain about that.
What I would like to say is this hotel service would never progress and worst things is no one tries to make good effort to solve the problems which means they didn’t share what happened and what were the problems among the staff I guess.
Actually I had problem for payment and reservation and complaint their service and even though the manager apologized, some problem makes me upset happens again and again.
I will never come back and recommend this hotel.
I’m so sorry to say this because some staff, door man are very nice so I really hope the management policy will be changed and no one will have same kind of problem and experience with them anymore.
