A great place to do outdoor activities in this beautiful housing area. You feel very close to nature, albeit Serenia Hills is quite strategically located close to many of the places of interest in South Jakarta

The best housing complex in south jakarta standard by far..the access to/from city center of jakarta is not the best. During peak hours, it can take hours from city center to come back home. But once you get into the complex, it's simply paradise... the facilities are perfect, the ambience is calm and quiet. Seems like a very pieceful neighbourhood..I would recommend anyone to buy a property in this complex. If only the price fits my budget, I will not hesitate to buy a house here...
