This is one of the best places to observe the Merapi mountain. It has a three-story viewing post with minimal seatings.

The lot is pretty big decorated with children's outdoor activities (seesaw, swings, etc), short hiking trails, and a maze.

The entrance fee is only Rp4.000/person and Rp5.000 parking fee per car. It's a perfect place to bring your kids along and have a picnic day here.

I give four for the cleanness and the view. If you go there in the morning, you'll get the best of Merapi, best privacy, and the best weather. Ticket is super cheap, IDR 2000. But what you getis also limited. A small park that in 15 minutes, you can basically see everything it provides.

this place is always good at night. there are a lot of food stalls over there and they are good and cheap. it's one of places for dog gathering in jogja. we met a lot of new friends over here during lebaran holiday.

Wonderful scenery, clean place, and nice parking area. U just need to pay rp 2000. Remember, do not bring plastic bag full of snack and do not share ur snack with the monkeys.

This is the best place if we want to get different sensation out of the city with many of business that sometimes make us feels stress. We will presented by gorgeous sceneries with the fresh air and sound of nature like bird and the sound of forest, also we will get best experience with walking around or doing some exercise.

The park of kaliurang's peak, part of Merapi mountain. It has scenic view to see the landscape. As on of the famous tourist destination, it also has food corner, good toilets, car parking and green ambience of trees. It takes 2 hours driving from the city
