Overall good, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfy, the service also good, surprisingly we got free carwash in the morning.. thanks so much ????
But some point need improvements :
the bathroom in kalanjana room need more brighter lamp.
My breakfast food cames cold.

I say it's okay. The hotel is clean and the room is very neat. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. However, the bathroom amenities are not quite available. It seems that before someone checks in, they don't check the availability of the shampoo and soap. Besides, i got a room and the sink was clogged. Then the wifi at that time was not available because the router was broken. I hope they can improve the service

Our room was spacious, has pool view, internet was fast. The hot shower water pressure was a little low, so turning on the different settings didn't have much effect. Also the shower holder was loose, so I had to hold it by hand. Bellboy/Concierge service was really great, he even wiped clean our dirty car! But I am so sorry I forgot to tip!! I hope this review will bring you more business to make up for it...

Room was decent. The garden was amazing, clearly made you forget that you're staying in a crowded urban area. Price was decent, certainly not cheap, although a bit pricey for the dormitory since you can get a much better place if you want to search a bit. Clearly I wasn't. Haha
However, The attendant was a bit subjective. Also his explanation could be hard to understand, if I can't say a bit misleading. But, the room itself was clean and comfy, amazing terrace.
Oh, for some of you who are really concerned about toilet, it was visibly under-maintained. Although it was clean, but still, yeah you know what I mean.
