Stay for a long term (a month) and it was a very satisfying stay. The room was bright, the windows are huge and they were secluded in the perumahan so it was a very peaceful stay.

I really like this hostel!!! The room for 4 people is super nice and comfortable. It has private bathroom, big, beautiful and clean. The area in general is very clean. The price is so affordable. They have nice area outside to sit and chill. Located in Kaliurang, nice quite area and not that far from the city center.

Been here for a day trip. Too good for a hostel with low budget. Great quality, very silent, not even crowded. Too bad it has low publicity for a great place like this. People should know this place! Plus, is near kaliurang, good for people who wanted a culinary trip in Yogyakarta. The service is +++++????????

Nginep disini selama 2 hari di bunk bed. Cheap af, sooooo comfy, quite, cozy, and they have 2 cats ???? kamar mandinya bagus, i dont even expecting their bathroom as good as their price, but they've done a wonderfully great job. Sarapan biasa aja, cuma nyajiin sereal, buah, dan roti. But that's fine.

Great dormitory for backpacker! Clean bed, great hospitality, they even have one bathroom for each dorm room (consist of 4 bunk bed), so the bathroom will be clean all the time. Hot shower is available. Retras also serve breakfast in they kitchen. Retras location quite far from the heart of the city; if you are want to explore touristy places which are located in the city. But it is not that remote too. In Jalan Kaliurang, you'd still find store, minimarket and many cafè. Go google street view u0026 you'd love to stay at Restras as I do ♡

Cheap hostel but a little bit far from the main road. I usually book the dorm room for female only. If lucky (there was no other guest that checked in after me) i will have the room for my self. :)
The view outside is nice and pretty instagramable (is that even a word?)..

A very clean and laid back place to stay.

Clean, helpful staff, WiFi.

There is a street with lots of great food options 5 mins away (walking).

Rents scooters (I got one of the best scooters ever). Can be used as a base to explore Yogyakarta and Mt. Merapi. Absolutely rent a scooter and explore the center (20 mins) and the surroundings.
