I just recently check in and it is raining now, I came by a car and opened the window asked where to park because no place to park, on that time the receptionist lady and a guy were laying on the sofa and the lady said just park behind the car she was appoint a car, and I asked to borrow the umbrella, she stopped for a while looking to the umbrella and she just gone like a ghost.
A while latter she took a look and I said again can I borrow the umbrella, because the rain was so heavy, then she said “owalah ora gelem kudanan” (ohh you don’t want to soak” then she continue why don’t you said from the beginning, then I said I told you already, then she was swearing to me said if Im lazy, won’t move, bother her and saying many bad words.
I said “pardon me, what did you said???!!!” the. she came with the umbrella and said to me again if I really2 bother her and saying many bad words in Javanese. I was angry to her and said to her what do you want!
Then she asked my id card rudely just “ktp mana” (id card?) I gave her and she gave me the key, not even showing the room, end up the room smells so bad then when I asked to exchange the room, she said
ALL THE ROOM SMELLS BAD!
and she talked again about the umbrella and she said if Im throwing the umbrella and make a drama about it, GOSSSSHHHHHHHH
I called red doorz Indonesia many times no one pick up and I called red doorz English speaker, someone from Vietnam pick it up but no solutions yet
I was using “live chat” feature and no one reply
I want to get my money back and wanna leave the hotel!
