The staff is really lazy and unwilling to get the guest room if you pay via online. Also lazy... Really lazy and unwilling to take responsibility for their guest... As you could see this hotel is really empty, and i am the only guest. If you have hotel business you should be attentive to your costumer.... I had booking problem and guess what, i contact the costumer service agoda by myself which is fine... And then there's problem and the Agoda call center said she has been contacted Reddoorz and would contacted the staff in 15 minutes... I said to the staff and she also unwilling to get in touch with Reddoorz... The hotel also really dark, light turned off like there's no guest would come. Please... Think about it before you stay in this hotel. Bad really bad experiences.
