For the price it's okay- TV, internet, AC, hot water, a queen size bed, and a fridge for 1.3 juta + electricity/month. But the AC gave me and my partner an upper respiratory infection until we asked for it to be cleaned, the bathroom smells like sewage no matter how fastidious we are, there's mold in the corners, and the Internet isn't very fast. The manager did not clean the floor after the previous guest. The room gets rather hot in the afternoon.
Buuuut, it's about 10 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. The main road has lots of yummy warung and angkringan, and the manager is friendly and not nosy. It's a very friendly and safe place as many of the residents have small children.
