Budget guest house.. the owner and staff are very kind.. the room is clean.. but the parking area are too narrow. Good for couple or little family, near Hartono mall and Jogja bay

Clean place, perfect place for stay awhile. There is koi pond beside the room. You get free coffee and tea. But didn't get breakfast. Near with kaliurang street and UPN.

Affordable Price (arround 140K per night).
Free coffee and Tea everytime (self service)
The room is quite good and clean.
Good access for public transportation (Trans Yogya Bus stop, Condong Catur Bus station), so it helps a lot to take you to tourism objects with cheaper cost for instance, Malioboro, Borobudur or Prambanan.
Easy to find food, coffee shop, street food (angkringan) and Motor cycle rental.

This is a decent place to take a rest
