This company own a shop at shoppe (pritohelmet.my), i bought a helmet kyt rc7 #14 motif yellow colour, blue visor and a black spoiler for that helmet.
I even ask for if them have stock, they said (we can't be sure of what stocks are available dear because our products are in the warehouse. I suggest you make a note of the variants in the message column, when you checkout.)
so i made the payment and put remark message (M size) and then checkout.
after arrived malaysia via shipment, received (plain black) helmet, clear spoiler and a visor that did not functioning properly.
so i ask them for return/refund, They said (sorry for the wrong product that make you dissapointed :( we will reponsible to your order and please kindly wait for the refund proccess dear).
I request refund on the day i received that package. Next day they just reject my refund request.
Now i just wasting my time waiting for shoppe to investigate this case.
I want to remind to my malaysian citizen, just avoid this shop. They gonna waste your time
