We ordered some motorcycles to be delivered to our hotel. They arrived 4 hours late - it was lucky we didn't have plans, but this essentially wasted a whole day of our holiday. We had to strongly negotiate getting half a day of rental back in our fee. The bikes themselves were not for inexperienced users: terrible clutches, one had to be kick-started every single time, no speedometer on either bike, one had a broken fuel gauge. The positive is that the bikes did not break down while we hired them, so at least they were reliable. Helmets provided were a terrible fit: I requested size S and they brought L. I pre-requested the free Phone holder and needless to say, it was conveniently forgotten and the "last 2" just so happened to have been checked out from the office as we were asking where it was. We needed this for our travels, so had to go buy our own. The "free first aid kit to accompany each bike" doesnt exist, so don't get your hopes up. Finally, they were 2 hours late collecting the bikes - it is lucky we didn't have a flight to catch. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I have had much better rental experience in other countries in SE Asia. This company could be great, but you need better customer service, improve the quality of your motorcycle fleet, and improve your internal communications.
