Great Javanese Historical Museum. The museum is private, calm u0026 shady. They have two tickets u can choose, 100k/person u0026 50k/person. Ticket 50k include tour guide and 100k include tour guide u0026 coffee break. The historical about Javanese Mataram, Yogyakarta u0026 Surakarta culture. The historical tour was about 30-50 minutes. Inside museum you can't take a picture, so u can enjoy u0026 focus the historical tour. But don't worry, there will be a spot photo outside at the end of the tour. Recommended!

Pretty cool museum! If you are interested in learning about Keraton Jogja and Solo, then this is the best place to learn about the history of it. Most of the item here is painting, clothing, and there’s not a lot of artifacts here. The main focus in this museum is the story of Keraton. You are not allowed to take any photos while on the tour.

The great Javanese Historical museum, You will be guided by a tour guide to go around the museum, they will explain the history of the ancient Mataram kingdom, the history of Javanese culture and some photos and other historical items. A good museum with an entrance price of 50 thousand rupiahs per person you get very useful knowledge. The air around the museum is cool and still beautiful, good ambience, I already came here twice

Kinda perfect place to fill your soul.
A misty, quiet and calm.
Ticket price is 50k/person including tour guide. And 100k/person including tour guide plus coffee break. Just choose the best one as you want! :)
Better you bring an umbrella/rain coat in case sudden raining. But, you can’t take a picture while inside the museum so you can enjoy the historical tour especially about Yogyakarta and Surakarta’s palace.

We were having an absolute blast visiting this museum! If you love history, you will love this place. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Our guide for the day was Ms Juni, she is very good at explaining all the different things, and she brings good vibes. They should give her a raise haha ???? ????

There are 2 kinds of tour. One was IDR 50k, the other was 100k. We went with the 100k tour. Our tour was about 40 to 60 minutes. The tour was about the Javanese Mataram history and culture and its ties with Chinese and Dutch culture. We also were given cookies and coffee and tea. Can't take pictures inside the museum. But don't be afraid, there will be a spot for a good photo session outside at the end of the tour. All and all we spent 2 hours at the place.

The place was super large. You have to walk all the way because there were so many stairs. Not so disability-friendly.

When i get off from the car and stand in front of this museum, i know i will had a great time. For you who like serenity, surrounded by nature, and curious in history of Java especially Ancient Mataram and Moslem Mataram, this place is the perfect place for you. You will have educator to give you a complete and fun explanation about the museum along the session (45minutes). Inside this area they also have the restaurant with indische menu that you have to try when you visit. I wouldn't mind to come for second visit. My favorite museum in Indonesia so far.

It is a private museum that Located near mt. Merapi. Museum Ullen sentalu provide a very good guide, well I can say not only a guide but a storyteller. We booked Adiluhung Tour for 50K IDR each. A 45 minutes tour that amaze everyone. My guests were very happy and content with the tour. Perhaps it would be great if there's small store to grab some drink. The ambience is very nice as well. Thank you
