Our second try to see if this place opens finally allow us to give them a try. We were here on Monday at 9:30am and the store was not open.
A very small unassuming place that coins itself as an artisanal coffee. Well, let's see.
The menu has quite a variety of coffee methods to choose from.
The hubs ordered cappuccino (22k) and I ordered a cold brew (20k). The cold brew was served with ice, while the cappuccino creation...yup, a work of art/manual labour.
The water was pressed through Rok manual coffee presser with the freshly ground coffee (don't know if this pushes water through with 9 bar). The milk was steamed via a stovetop milk steamer. The whole process took 3-5mins, but we didn't mind as we feel like we were watching a show.
As a comparison, my favourite cold brew back home is Stumptown's cold brew from Portland, Oregon; and abroad is Ubud's Seniman cold brew - this one is a bit lacking in flavour, but nevertheless still nice (perhaps I had too many ice cubes?)
The cappuccino is not as strong in flavour as other cups we have had in many coffee shops nearby and abroad.
Overall, it is not the best, and also not the worst. Good show if you have never seen cappuccino done without those big espresso machines.
AC is available and WiFi is strong.
