So We have no place to stay in Jogja since the schedule just fixed a night when We decide to explore Jogja in holiday. In the pick season like that We couldnt really find a budget hotel that have an available room. Finally We decide to choose an executive kost and We found this place. Not really close to the malioboro street, around 15mins by motorbike but it is cozy enough with the environment near the kost. It is easy to find food nearby even in dawn. Room also cozy enough with aircon, standard bathroom with water heater and LED TV. The room space wasnt really big but it is enough for a backpacker like us. You can come anytime start from 6am to 9pm but you need to check out before 11pm. You will get a key for your room and a key for the gate, because the gate will be closed at 10pm but you can go and come anytime with your gate key. You may not put your personal items outside your room or they may move it without your permission. They have enough parking area for motorbike and car. Kindly recommended for a backpacker that need a budget place to stay (my room cost: Rp. 175.000/night) remember that it is a kost, please bring your personal toileteries include towel and blanket if you need it because they are not serve it for you.

It's a mid class for you who want to spend holiday in Yogya coz the cost per 13 Okt 2016 still Rp175k. When u want to cancel ur check, u'll get back 50%

Good place for traveler with reasonable price and full facilities. Ideal location at the center of Yogyakarta city. Recomended place to stay.
