The room is not clean and dusty. There were flies and nails on the carpet. The restaurant service was terrible; we were not informed about what food had run out at the start, and no food arrived after an hour of waiting. Despite the fact that our order was a simple dish such as tektek noodles, which were supposed to be cooked quickly and there were only us in the restaurant as guests. We were forced to cancel all of the menus we had ordered after complaining three times and waiting for one hour. Even then, neither the kitchen manager nor the duty manager apologized. When complaining to the front desk, the manager on duty is not even in the hotel. I'm completely speechless.
