Stay for 3 nights during my trip and definitely the best hotel I've ever been to so far in Jogja. The room was actually average but it was comfortable. Morning view from the lobby was spectacular. Staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly since I arrived until I checked out. The hotel area was large and there was some attractions you could do in the hotel. The food from its restaurants and room dining also taste good. Definitely will come back

It was the best experience ever, staying in this hotel for 9 days. The pools were amazing, the slide was fun, the food was incredibly delicious and clean, the service was better than we could've imagined. A very big upgrade from certain hotels in Jakarta. Every employees were so nice and friendly, making the experience even more wholesome. They were very open to criticism and feedback. 10/10 would've gone back with my whole family again

Staff were friendly and very accommodative. Service was excellent—One of the best service I’ve ever had at a Hyatt or any hotel as a matter of fact. As a globalist, the welcome and gifts we received was more than we usually get at other properties. Pleasantly surprised that there are a lot of activities at the hotel. Although the rooms and suites are in need of renovation, everything was in working order. Would definitely come back. One of the best Hyatt in the world.

The hospitality is great! Service too. There are a lot facilities to enjoy, such as sauna, golf, tennis courts etc

I also saw a beautiful view of mt merapi from lobby during sunset time

However the classic architecture—or rather, old building, especially room (which is also small), might not for everyone. Although the amenities and complementary are beyond the standard of its price

Absolutely 5 star hotel. Amazing number of swimming pools with restaurants. The location is amazing. Hotel golf course is very good and adds to the green lush looks. The gardens are fantastic with water features. The conference facilities are excellent. The hotel spa has most treatments. The rooms all have bath and showers facilities. Being high up above sea level provides little cooler mornings.

Very mixed feelings about this place:

Pros: Amazing facilities, gardens and location. The restaurant was also good and staff were super friendly to the point of being a little overbearing.

Cons:. It needs renovating. Our first room had ants and there was a leak through the ceiling in the night. We were moved to another room that had an issue with the drainage. Not a great experience on a short stay but it got sorted out quickly.

We came here to view the grounds and see what the hotel offered. It is a vast complex and we only saw a small part. It was very peaceful and there were several palces to sit down and enjoy the music or the sounds of nature - though by a main road it didn't feel like it.
The staff were very hospitable and we received a genuinely warm welcome. We will defintiely consider staying here on a future visit.
