Rs Hermina ... clean hospitals, good services, good employees and doctors friendly, serving BPJS, unfortunately far from the city center of Jogja, but the main problem is with the services and facilities here.

There was a woman officer that very helpful to the customer when we were looking for seat in front of registration. That was a very nice plus point for this hospital

The doctor service is very good, many people come here to meet the doctor so you have to wait the queue

We have bad experiences staying at RS Hermina Yogyakarta. The services are very slow and unpleasant. The doctors always came terribly late and less attention to their patient. The toilets also are really dirty for the hospital's standard. The price is not as relevant as the service given.

The hospital is kind of new in Yogyakarta. The building is clean and modern. However, the nurses are not helpful enough. The service in the emergency ward is a bit disappointing. There seems to be many junior or young doctors here. Not recommended for emergency aid.

The nurses, staff, and security are helpful. The waiting room is clean. Easy to get some food outside the building. The only big problem with this hospital is the doctors. Three times being here, three times the doctors came horribly late.
Improve, please.
