Staying in this hotel during lebaran/peak season. The hotel was quite ok but really difficult to find parking (you will be assisted by vallee parking). Room size was ok quite clean and standard equipment such hairdryer also had been provided. During breakfast because full of visitor we almost cannot enjoy it but their waiters were very agile and fast and quite helpful to provide our request. Overall still ok and nice experience to stay in this hotel ????

hotel service is very bad,everything comes with a price even a glass a water or lend a spoon and plate. porter boy was lazy,but the security is good,he was very helpfull in taking my luggage. bathroom door was broken. not recommended for family-cation as they as for money if my children want to eat breakfast.they clean the swimming pool in the morning so we can not use it.Definetely wont coming back here!!!Staff hospitality far away for this hotel stars.

It was a very enjoyable visit. I can see the city's streets and buildings from my room. The air conditioner and hot water works well. They also gave me a cute welcome drink. But the wifi was unstable. I hope they will improve the wifi quality. Overall it was a pleasure stay.

Friendly Staffs, Nice view of Merapi.
A bit far from Malioboro Street, but not a problem if you rent car/motorcycle.

Must try : Coffee Selection from Their Coffee Shop

Breakfast selection is quite a lot, but the taste is so so. They have to upgrade this service part.
