actually service for staff is so good.but they hotel manager need to learn more polite attitude when he face the customer (at least a polite talking way)
room was so so, i think its more like 3 stars then 4 stars.but its just ok for short stay.only need improvement for their manajer attitude and the variant of their breakfast.

Beautiful rooms and rooftop. It has a swimming pool for kids as well.
The interior is a fine combination of traditional and modern

Good: affordable 4-star hotel (IDR 450k/USD 30/room/night for superior room type at Agoda)

So-so: food. Breakfast can be slightly improved. Not enough varieties day to day.

Something to consider: location is not in the city center, minimal choices of food around the neighborhood, convenient store is in a walking distance (but consider if it's raining and it's not open 24 hours)

Room for improvement: service should be improved. They forgot to refill the toiletries and I need to remind them. During breakfast, I was running out of glass and stood still for 5 minutes waiting for the waitress bring some cups. And they brought new cups after reminded by the guests. This shouldn't occur at a 4-star hotel.

Some will say, "you pay peanut, you get monkeys", well, my standpoint is, an affordable rate cannot be used as a reason to legitimate not-too-good service.

Nice place to stay while on business trip.. Friendly staff and comfortable room.. Good place and facilities for company meeting.. foods and beverages also delicious..

Don't book by nusatrip. They show less price of big room actually you get small room.

A nice 4-star hotel on the main road Magelang Jogjakarta, easy to find and close to lots of eatery, typical snacks and foods, souvenirs shop and shopping places. Hotels with rooms that are not so spacious but functional with good quality of mattresses, pillows, linens, towels and amenities. TV channel quality is need to improved.
I was staying on Covid 19 pandemic so breakfast on a meal box in the room, so far the breakfasts is good enough. This recommended hotel for leisure, business trip or vacation with your family..

Very comfortable hotel, altough standard room is quiet small, its clean and the bed is very comfortable. The lobby is green concept without air conditioner but very comfy and the temperature is just right. Beer garden and bar is great place for hang out with friends. Definitely will stay here again and again. Keep the good work always.
