Okayish. The closest hotel to ugm yogyakarta. The room seems to need a bit maintemance and just have a few breakfast option but overall experience was just ok

Great budget hotel with strategic location.
You can find the complete choice of food around the hotel.
Also available small swimming pool for leisure time.
Eventhough the Kaliurang street is noisy, this hotel offer the calm place for take a rest

Went to this hotel for meeting purposes a few times. Nice place, good hospitality, located near Gadjah Mada University. Located in one of the busiest street in Jogja, but with so many choices of culinary within minutes walking.

Nice affordable hotel. Location is quite strategic, near 2 big universities. Things could be improved but overall it’s a nice hotel in the mid town at affordable rate. It’s located in busy street so sometimes jam can’t be avoided. There are many restaurants and street food merchants around, day and night.

I would love to give more stars if they improve the breakfast. Don’t sacrifice the visitors mood with terrible breakfast.Increase the rate to support better breakfast and give the customer to choose whether they want to include breakfast or not.

This hotel only only has one floor, which is very rare nowadays. So, if you prefer not to go up or down, just stay in this hotel. The fare is not that expensive. The food is fair. But the parking lot is not that spacious, though, especially when there is a meeting by group of people. But, yes, since this hotel is located in the main street, it is easy for guests to get food or other stuff nearby.
