The location is great. The service is also nice, they provide you with unlimited water. But you need to take it by yourself. However, the room is quite small. Other than that, all is good!

First time stayed here for a business trip. The experience was okay. Their amenities were good enough, though I found several items in the room I booked didn't work properly such as the table lamp. But the rest was worth the money. I'd probably consider to stay here in the future when I visit Jogja.

Cozy hotel, near many food stall just a walking distance away. The room is not too big but spacey enough if you just need short stay at Yogya and just for taking rest. The parking lot is very limited but they have valley service.

What I love the most about this hotel is clean, neat, and in strategic location. The hotel is in the center of culinary, it's so easy to enjoy various culinary near the hotel.

A clean and convenient hotel for budget travellers. The staff are friendly and communicative. Quite large parking lot for cars and motorcycles.
You can easily find food stalls, small restaurants, and also minimarkets near the hotel.

Actually if you get cheaper price it's quite a deal for the room size. But since I've got higher fare due to holiday season it's not really nice.
I got a really dirty room. The bed sheet had stains and quite a lot. The table beside the bed have ants so basically I didn't dare to put anything on the table. And the bathroom smell like sewer.
But it's just in my room, my friend's bathroom doesn't smell like that. My room's number is 315. If they give you this room, better to ask for a room change unless they've already fixed it.
The good side is the staff's friendliness and the check in process is fast.
